Profile Management

A profile is a saved set of information AnyForm can fill into forms for you — your contact details, work history, or travel information. You can create multiple profiles and switch between them depending on what you're filling out.

1

1. Choose a profile type

When you create a profile, pick the type that fits what you're filling out:

  • Resume Form — a structured resume-style profile. Upload a resume to have it parsed automatically, and extend it with your own tabs and fields.
  • Custom Form — build your own structure from scratch, with custom tabs and fields, and optionally parse a resume into it too.
  • Tatkal Profile — passenger and payment details specifically for IRCTC's Tatkal booking form. See Tatkal/IRCTC Autofill.
2

2. Fill it in — by hand or by resume

Type your details directly into the profile's sections and fields, or click Upload Resume and let AnyForm parse it for you. Parsed resumes automatically populate a new profile, which you can then review and adjust.

3

3. Find and switch profiles

Use the search box to find a profile by name, and switch between grid and list view depending on how many profiles you have. Your active profile is the one AnyForm uses the next time you click AutoFill.

4

4. Edit, duplicate, or delete a profile

Each profile card has quick actions: edit its details, duplicate it as a starting point for a similar profile, or delete it permanently. Deleting a profile cannot be undone, so duplicate first if you just want to make variations.

5

5. Favorite your most-used profiles

Click the star icon on any profile to mark it as a favorite. Favorited profiles automatically sort to the top of your list, so the ones you use most are always easiest to find.

Pro tip

If you regularly switch between a couple of profiles (say, a personal one and a work one), favorite both — they'll stay pinned at the top instead of getting buried as you add more.

Troubleshooting

A profile looks grayed out and I can't select it. Your plan has a limit on how many profiles can be active at once. If you're over that limit, your newest profiles are locked until you either upgrade your plan or delete some older ones — see Plans & Billing.

Resume parsing didn't pick up everything correctly. Parsing does its best with the resume's formatting, but you can always open the profile afterward and adjust any field by hand.
