Welcome to AnyForm, a browser extension developed and maintained by Numentica UI.

AnyForm helps users intelligently autofill web forms using data securely managed within their own Google Drive account. The extension operates locally within the user's browser and is designed to reduce repetitive data entry while maintaining user privacy and control.

By installing, accessing, or using AnyForm, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the extension immediately.

AnyForm is intended for users aged 8 years and above.

By using the extension, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use browser extensions and online services within your region or under the supervision of a parent or guardian where applicable.

AnyForm analyzes form fields on supported web pages and intelligently matches them with information stored within files selected by the user from their Google Drive account.

To provide core functionality, the extension may require active tab access, page content access, local browser storage, and Google OAuth authorization.

These permissions are used solely for autofill functionality and user-controlled operations. AnyForm operates entirely within the browser and does not use centralized server-side storage for personal autofill data.

AnyForm is designed to intelligently autofill forms with a high degree of accuracy across a wide range of websites and workflows.

However, due to differences in website structures, custom form implementations, browser behaviors, and third-party platform limitations, autofill accuracy may vary depending on the website or form being used.

While AnyForm aims to provide approximately 90% autofill accuracy in supported scenarios, the extension does not guarantee complete accuracy or compatibility across every website.

Users are strongly encouraged to review all autofilled information before submission, verify field mappings and values, and ensure the correctness of all entered information prior to completing any form. Final responsibility for submitted information always remains with the user.

AnyForm is designed for convenience-based autofill assistance and should not be used as a secure vault for highly sensitive personal information.

Users are strongly advised not to store highly sensitive, confidential, financial, medical, or government-issued identification information within autofill files — including Aadhaar numbers, SSNs, passport details, banking credentials, card information, passwords, OTPs, tax identifiers, medical records, or any information that could lead to identity theft or fraud if compromised.

Users remain fully responsible for the information they choose to store, manage, or autofill through the extension.

AnyForm integrates with Google Drive using OAuth 2.0 authentication provided by Google LLC.

By connecting your Google account, you authorize access only to files you explicitly choose. Your Google credentials are never visible to or stored by Numentica UI, and you may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

Google Drive is a third-party service governed by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Numentica UI is not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of Google services.

By using AnyForm, you agree to maintain accurate autofill information, review all autofilled data before submitting forms, protect your Google account credentials, use AnyForm only for lawful and authorized purposes, and avoid using the extension for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.

You remain solely responsible for all information submitted through forms completed using AnyForm.

AnyForm follows a user-controlled storage model. All autofill data remains entirely within the user's own Google Drive account and is never stored on Numentica UI servers.

Because AnyForm does not maintain server-side backups: deleting autofill files from Google Drive permanently removes the associated data, deleted data may not be recoverable, and revoking Google Drive access permanently disconnects all associated data access.

Numentica UI cannot recover, restore, or retrieve deleted user data under any circumstance. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups.

This architecture is part of AnyForm's privacy-first and zero-server-storage approach, ensuring complete user ownership and control over personal data.

You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, misuse the extension for unlawful activities, submit misleading or fraudulent information, interfere with the operation or security of AnyForm, redistribute or resell AnyForm without authorization, or abuse browser permissions or platform functionality.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

AnyForm, including its branding, interface, design systems, functionality, and related assets, remains the intellectual property of Numentica UI.

No rights are granted except for the limited license required to use the extension in accordance with these Terms.

AnyForm is continuously improved and updated. While we aim to maintain compatibility across websites and workflows, we do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality, availability, or compatibility with every third-party website or form structure.

Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numentica UI shall not be liable for incorrect form submissions, user-input errors, data loss within Google Drive, issues caused by third-party websites, unsupported website structures, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of AnyForm.

Users are responsible for reviewing all information before submitting forms.

AnyForm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Numentica UI makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, compatibility with all websites, or suitability for any specific purpose.

Use of the extension is at your own risk.

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect product updates, legal requirements, security improvements, or operational changes.

Updated versions will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of AnyForm after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
