Account, Privacy & Data Deletion

AnyForm stores your profile data exclusively in your own Google Drive — there are no AnyForm servers or databases holding your information. That also means account and data control mostly comes down to two very different actions: signing out, and permanently deleting your account.

1

1. Know where your data lives

All of your profile data lives in a private, app-specific folder in your own Google Drive. Numentica UI (the team behind AnyForm) doesn't host, collect, or store your profiles anywhere else.

2

2. Sign out (safe and reversible)

Go to Settings → Account → Sign out. This only signs you out of AnyForm on this browser — your profiles and settings are untouched in your Drive, waiting for you the next time you sign back in.

3

3. Permanently delete your account

In Settings → Account → Danger zone, click Delete permanently. AnyForm walks you through three steps: an optional reason for leaving, a summary of what deletion means, and a final confirmation before anything happens. This action cannot be undone once it completes.

4

4. If you're on a paid plan

Deletion for an active paid plan is deferred until your current billing period ends. During that window, your account page shows a Recover account option instead — use it if you change your mind.

5

5. Manage your Google Drive access separately

Signing out of AnyForm doesn't revoke Google's access to your Drive — it just clears the extension's local session. To fully revoke access, or to review/remove the AnyForm folder in your Drive directly, go to your Google Account Permissions.

Pro tip

If you just want a clean break without deleting your account, signing out plus revoking Drive access from your Google Account settings achieves the same result without going through account deletion.

Troubleshooting

I deleted my account by mistake. If you were on a paid plan, check Settings → Account for a Recover account option — it's available until your billing period ends.

I want my data gone completely, right now. Delete your account in AnyForm, then remove the AnyForm folder directly from your Google Drive and revoke AnyForm's access from your Google Account Permissions — that covers both the account and the underlying data.

Uninstalling the extension — does that delete my data? No. Your profiles stay safely in your Google Drive even if you uninstall AnyForm; reinstalling and signing back in brings them right back.
